At MAD DIAMOND, we are passionate about ensuring that every diamond painting kit reaches your hands in perfect condition so you can start your creative project. Since we prepare our kits with attention to detail, we appreciate your patience as we process your order.
1. Processing and Preparation Time
Each kit is carefully reviewed and prepared before being shipped.
- Handling time: 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET) will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times
The total delivery time is: Preparation time + Transit time.

Note: Although we strive to meet these deadlines, delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs procedures, or unforeseen logistical events beyond our control.
3. Accuracy of Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete and correct.
- Correction period: Because we process orders quickly, any address correction must be notified within the first 24 hours after purchase by sending an email to no-reply@maddiamond.es.
- Liability: MAD DIAMOND is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if it was mistakenly provided by the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package's journey through our website or directly on the carrier's page.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
MAD DIAMOND guarantees that your order is securely packaged and handed over to the carrier. Our responsibility concludes once the package status is marked as "Delivered" by the courier service.
If the tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the package, immediately contact the local shipping company to open an official claim. If you need additional help, write to our support team.
6. Return Shipping Costs
By placing an order with MAD DIAMOND, the customer agrees to be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any return (according to our Refund Policy).
